How do I make a booking?
To make a booking you can send us an e-mail at email@example.com or call us on 0416 919 766. Dates will not be reserved until the 50% deposit is taken.
How long before the party will the entertainer arrive?
There is very little set up for most of our parties so we will only arrive 10 - 15 mins prior to the event.
How do I pay?
We ask for a 50% deposit when booking. This needs to be done by a simple bank transfer or direct deposit. . The remaining balance is payable by cash only on the day of the event.
Do travel fees apply?
Complimentary travel is offered within 35km of the Sydney CBD. Locations which are more than 35km from the Sydney CBD will incur an additional travel surcharge.
What If I need to cancel or reschedule before the party?
If you cancel or reschedule the event in less than 7 business days (within business hours 9.00am – 5.00pm) before the party date, you do loss 50% of any deposits made and 50% is retained by White Spark to be used on any future booking made with us. The 50% that is lost is passed onto the entertainer as they could have been booked on another party.
Any cancellations or rescheduling of you booking 48 hours or less before the event will unfortunately result in the loss of 100% of any deposits made.
What kind of paint do you use? Is it safe?
We only use the highest quality professional supplies, FDA compliant for cosmetic use. We tend to call it face "paint" because it goes on with artist brushes, but it really is not paint at all...it is actually makeup designed for use on skin. Our makeup is all water based and washes off easily.
How UV paint works?
To get that bright colourful glowing effect that we all know and adore, the makeup we use is fluorescent (also called neon, fluoro, UV-reactive, dayglo, etc.). Things that are fluorescent only glow when you shine ultraviolet light on them in a dark environment. For fluorescent makeup to glow, you need your venue to be:
Darkened with little or no visible light or daylight present; and
Fitted with UV blacklights.
